Grab a journal and your favorite pens and colored pencils and get ready to learn how the introspective practice of journaling can help you set cyclical goals that are bespoke to your needs.
Inspired by the energy of Libra new moon, Selena Brown of Pramana Wellness will guide us to uniquely define balance based on our individual personality, mind, body, and soul.
Take ownership of your space and set the tone by lighting sage, incense, or a candle, pouring a cup of tea, cueing your favorite soothing playlist, and settling into your favorite spot to join us in the virtual circle where we will begin by centering ourselves in the present using balancing breathing techniques. From this introspective place of calm, we will write, sketch, and draw as we reflect on key aspects of our current state of mental, physical, and spiritual health, with a series of freewriting exercises to unlock self-knowledge. Once we’ve connected to our immediate needs, we will learn how to transform ideas into action, creating achievable goals for the month ahead using bullet journaling as a practical accountability tool. A final guided meditation to help us cultivate clear vision and draw our session to a close, leaving us prepared with tools that will take us far beyond the next lunar cycle.
