Were only a one day away from Iyanifa Ifalade joining us to teach us about the amazing African spiritual tradition of Ifa!


May 17-19 2024 at WaNaWari (911 24th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98122). Iyanifa Ifalade is an award-winning journalist, author of 9 books, activist and celebrated speaker. A renowned spiritual teacher and Yoruba Priestess, Ifalade’s priestly work has transformed trauma, violence and oppression into gardens, institutions, books and films. She is also Founder of the international Ifa temple, Ile Ori Ogbe Egun for the last 24 years.

May 18th--11a-1pm--Exploring Our African Ancestral Spiritual Traditions with guest Iyanifa Orisade Awodola



May 18th--330p-5p--The Ritual Role of SGLBT (Same Gender Loving Bisexual and Trans) in Orisha/Ifa Spirituality. 


Additionally, Iyanifa Ifalade will also have a Book Signing of her new book The Seer: Legacy of Stone & Spirit on Saturday May 17th from 530p-7p. A free Trinidadian dinner is included from Trini Plate!
