Nile's Edge Diaspora Series

We are so excited to bring you our new series, The Diaspora Workshop Series! This year has been a rough one for all of us, for that reason, we at Nile's Edge decided to provide a holistic health series for those of us who identify as being a part of the African Diaspora. This series is for you! There is something for everyone!

Below you will find all the info for all 12 of our workshops starting in October and going until mid December 2020. Due to the generosity of many of you with your donations, we have been able to provide these workshops for only $20 per workshop. Scholarships are available. Please contact us for more info and check out our website under the events tab to register. (info@nilesedge.com)

Relax and Release Stress Management Yoga

Practitioner Bio:

Anthony Crutcher: I have studied and practiced yoga for 25 years, discovering yoga as a counter to job stress. From that experience I developed the desire to share what I experienced with others so that they too might discover the benefits of yoga. For over 20 years I has been teaching and sharing my knowledge and experience of yoga. My approach to teaching is influenced by my exposure to various instructors, including Tias and Surya Little, Doug Keller and my own personal practice. I still consider my students to be my greatest teachers. I received my 500 hour yoga teacher certification studying with Tias and Surya Little in their Prajna Teacher Training Program in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My adaptive, supportive style works well for all levels and all body types. I am also a certified Level One Somatic Exercise Coach, through Martha Peterson’s Essential Somatics Program. And I have E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 certifications through Yoga Alliance. “I enjoy serving as a guide, taking students on an inward journey of self-discovery; giving them space and time to discover and experience their own individual beauty, strength, balance, peace and acceptance.”
